The Kapansanan Ay Akibat sa Kaunlaran ng Bayan (KAAKBAY) is a non-stock and non-profit organizatyion composed of allied rehabilitation professionals such as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Special Education Teachers, Nurses and Caregivers. The three major services of the center is Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Special Education. Most of our patients are indigents but we welcome all of the patients that are coming in our clinic.
